Apparently, Foley's brother posts on a Saskatchewan Roughriders fan message board. Based on some of his posts I have read, the dick factor runs strong in the family.

The only reason he name dropped Bylsma is if Pegula offers Blashill $6M/yr.

You can have Gardiner. Apparently the Blue Jackets have interest and Todd Richards was scouting him intensely during the WHC. My guess is he left rather unimpressed.

I've heard that too, but I am not sure if Gardiner fits what they need. They need a steady shut down guy who can be a pain in the ass to play against. Lots of experience is a plus. Gariner is more mobile. Assuming Murray can go next year, they need physicality more.

If they go after someone like that it means that they know Murray is never going to make it past his injury woes.

Apparently, all this "Jackets scouting XXXXXX" is just looking around for a place to dump Rychel. Seems the Kurt Overhardt factor is already coming into play and the kid has a total of 5 NHL games.

Honestly, which contract would you prefer to have on the books? Phaneuf for another 6 years for $42 million; or Babcock for another 8 years for $50 million?
