Hard to choose between Tampa Bay, Oakland, Jacksonville, and Cleveland for this spot when we don't know the starting QB for sure for some. I think we know it is McCown for better or worse for TB, so they go first after Atlanta. Doesn't matter anyway.

Many would put Cleveland or Jacksonville ahead of the Oakland Raiders as far as last year or this year (even though Schaubb is an upgrade), but until they name a starter officially, I am putting it off... not that it really matters. Cleveland is supposed to announce tomorrow or the next day and Jacksonville has appeared to go with Henne, but who knows. Whoever announces first, goes next. What an honor.

Cleveland announced their Starting QB before Jacksonville technically did. If the Jaguars do not announce their starter officially before next round, I will either assume they are going with Henne or do the next best record team first. Again, it doesn't matter, just emphasizing that this poll ordering is not my personal rankings.
