Bad night for us. Islanders won 3-1 to come within 1 point of us in the standings. Rangers won 5-2 to go ahead 4 points on us in the standings (we got a 2 games on hand tho).

Saturday's game against the Rangers looks to be very pivotal in who gets the 2nd seed in the Metropolitan. Rangers fell off big time, but they seem to be back on track now. Probably going to be tougher than our last 2 games against the Rangers.

I think it's pretty much Kyle Palmieri that's giving us so many problems right now, he looked like Ovechkin in the 1st period.

Scott Wedgewood has been really good for the Devils tonight. He's made some really good saves for them tonight.

Disagree about the puck possession, scouty. We've had plenty of that, just haven't been able to do anything with it. I think we'll eventually score on Wedgewood, I just fear that the Devils will put this game away by then.
