I think thats a leap. Sean Taylor was a good player and a great pick. Lots of safeties were good for a couple of years, though, and as far as I can tell he didn't improve his team much. I thought the real value pick was Bob Sanders

I just cant play the coulda shoulda thing with players whos careers ended too soon. Taylor was a great young player but I thought he was drafted about 10 rounds too soon.

Kinda seems like Taylor is is getting credit for being on the road to greatness but Billy Sims isn't...
