We've all known all along that if that rule ended up keeping Ohio State out somehow that they would then change it to make sure they still get in.

Honestly I don't know, I used to just say "Hey it's 2020" because of players opting out, new OC, etc. but Franklin doesn't coach to win anymore, and if he doesn't want to win anymore then he can carry himself somewhere where he thinks is better for him. At this point I'm more interested in our so far great 2022 recruiting class and an exciting 2021 schedule (season opener v Wisconsin, away at Iowa, Michigan coming back to Beaver Stadium , and a hopeful whiteout against Auburn.)
Will Franklin get fired? His buyout is apparently too big I heard, but if he wants to leave then he can leave. At least he got the last (two) laughs against Harbaugh
