Hope for total failure, resulting in major changes and better draft picks....

Go for failure... you won't change coaches, If you do everyone will cry there eyes out claiming Racial Profiling, and then you get better picks. That always helps morale.

The problem with this is that dipshits don't understand the concept.... I could potentially be called a "bandwagon" fan when in reality, I'm the only one who knows what is really going on......
We won't change Head coaches, but we will get rid of Bruce Arians (offensive Coordinator) and whoever our asshat Special Teams coach is...
