I am reading that JJ Redick may actually become the LA Lakers next head coach. If this happens if I was a Laker fan I would be sick and tired of Lebron. JJ is a smart basketball guy but has never coach a game other than his sons little league team. Not to mention of course Lebron will navigate to get his son on the team. Lebron is making the Lakers his homeboy franchise. This is not how the leagues best franchise should be treated.

He is a candidate but I gotta think the FO goes with somebody with experience after the Ham fiasco.

Because he may never have this opportunity to coach the Lakers. Once Lebron is no longer a Laker I doubt he would still be on their candidate list to be the coach.

Yes, players need to be held accountable.

But the Lakers can’t just run it back after how the season played out.

And it is a lot easier to replace the coach than it is to replace LeBron and AD.

The league wasn't made 14 years ago. What I was trying to say was it is the leagues most valuable franchise but I fact checked myself and its actually the GS Warriors that currently have the highest valuation in the NBA at 7.7 Billion.

A lot of that value is the state of the art new arena the Warriors built with their own money. Lakers owners are not rich like most owners. The Lakers are their only asset, most owners the team is a side hustle
