I just may take you up on that. Been quite awhile since I was bird hunting and I always enjoyed it.
Wow has he grown ! Awesome when wifey loves the bird dog. I have access to 11000 acres of farmland here in the panhandle. The Pheasant numbers were down but I am going to release birds for stocking this year. Like I said if you ever want to take a road trip ( a very long road trip ) Quail and Pheasant season are at the same time.Oh man, if you're in central MA, you're only an hour away...consider it an open invite mister. We'll gun a few birds and then have a couple of cold ones watching the Sound FX of the Superbowl!
Here's a pic from yesterday.
Congrats Murph. Glad you went with the andersons.
Very nice pup!
I was in contact with a breeder of Llewellins from the UP in Michigan and that would have involved flying the pup. They assured me that it was no big deal but then we found a great breeder a little over an hour away.
Whip came home curled up in my wife's lap and I can't help but to think that it was far less traumatic than a steel cage in a baggage compartment of a plane.
How long was your drive murph?
Jack would be pretty cool.
I love that my wife came up with Whip for our setter pup. I think she may be crazier for him than me!
