Based on everything I've seen and heard about him, he definitely has all the tools. He's also been working towards being an NFL QB since he was a kid. His former teammates and coaches all have nothing but great things to say about him.

Also, it looks like the Bears have done a solid job of putting pieces around him to help him be successful which means he's not going to a dysfunctional, talentless team like most #1 picks.

It's admittedly not a high bar, but at worst, he should end up being the best QB the Bears have ever had.

Future top 5 is a very real possibility.
