The only way things will change is if people stop buying tickets, and staying home with the tickets they already bought. Not sell them to others, hold them and leave the stadium empty.

Art II doesn't waste money. He's cheap, not as bad as, but similar to Mike Brown. Smallest coaching staff in the league, he doesn't fire people, they play out their contracts. Shame, and failing stadium revenue would get his attention. As long as the stadiums are full, he's happy as any other businessman.
