Apparently he is a little immature still. Not a bad person, but needs to be more professional and open minded.

Unfortunately hes probably on the wrong team as the Jets continue to be a circus starting with the head coach. There won't be much assistance from the staff on helping this kid grow up.

After reading that, it sounds like he lacks leadership and maturity. He's probably every bit as mature as I was at that age, but as an NFL quarterback you have to be more mature than your peers and a leader. Sounds like he's neither.
