Ham- Give me some new ideas

Long story short. Few family members got very ill with Covid shortly before dinner and I have a TON of ham. Give me some new ideas on what to do with it. Or even some new sauces or seasonings to add. Its already cooked.

Ham Quiche
Make some pulled pork and make yourself a cubano
Red Eye Gravy goes well on ham
