You can change your vote anytime before the season, something last year's board didn't allow. I would appreciate any participation. So if you could vote and come back if you change your mind, I'd appreciate it. I compile these polls into a board's predictions for a fake playoff and also find a winner. The more polls you vote on, the better chance you win. The benefits of winning, I don't know, you win?

I started early because I didn't want to flood the board with 32 threads at the same time, especially at the end of the off-season. Also, this thread is for articles I find around the internet as I normally browse (not searching to find things).

I voted and thank you for letting me I can change it. If new info comes out I can always come back and adjust.

The Pats have very little competition in the AFC and will make it to the SB only to be beaten by the Cowboys.

I think the secondary is going to bite them in the butt sooner or later. They should still get in the playoffs but HFA will probably be hard to come by. It's hard to see them getting back to the SB.

with a revamped defense I look for a slow start and then as they typically do get it in gear and charge to the playoffs. Brady seems ready to go already.

I agree with this. I think it will certainly be harder given the improvements of the other teams, especially defensively. It's hard to believe they still won't win the division but I question how good a record they'll have even if they do. That's a big deal obviously.

They still got Brady and Belichick. If Gronk stays healthy and gets his mind back on football that will be a big deal.

How long the offensive line takes to gel is a big question as is how well the defense can play after losing their starting secondary.

In the past when the other AFC East teams got better the competition amongst themselves beating each other up always helped out the Patriots the most.

I think that will definitely be a factor this year.

Couldn't agree more. Division certainley will be harder. I'm hoping for an 11-5 season.
Buf/Mia/NYJ will all beat each other up which will help as you mentioned.
O-Line I think they're pretty good. Right now the only loss is connelly and the Pats may have upgraded with their selections this year? Time will tell as it does take time to gel. Luckily Stork and Jackson have already played togther. I like Mason he's a mauler but may take a little longer to develop.
I have to believe BB is coming up with some new defensive scheme. Pats look to actually have some guys who can get after the QB for a change. That will be nice if BB unleashes them? Which will help what they lost in the secondary I'm hoping.
