Yogurt, check. Kefir is for birds. Sauerkraut,n, Kimchee much better and no vinegar. Pickles, no vinegar, real kosher pickles from salt not vinegar, check but this is not New York. Kombucha is for hippies. The dairy, check but acidophilus is hard to get here. You forgot strong beer-rich - rich in probiotics!

Wait, what's the deal with the no vinegar? I thought apple cider vinegar was great for the gut. No?

White vinegar as you would get in pickles, is distilled from petroleum. Sound like anything you would want to put in an already hurting gut?
Distilled white vinegar is made by feeding oxygen to a vodka-like grain alcohol, causing bacteria to grow and acetic acid to form. It's those acids that give vinegar its sour taste. Vinegar can be made from any alcohol — wine, cider, beer — but it's grain alcohol that gives distilled white vinegar its neutral profile.

ACV is good but no where near the probiotic value of the other foods listed. The sediment in the vinegar is the healthiest part, but there isn't much of it.

I stand corrected.
However, white vinegar is better suited for cleaning and killing weeds. It is too strong for my stomach and has no value for probiotics.

Albert Breer brought up an interesting point while discussing the Patriots QB situation. He said that there could be a number situations or event that determine whether or not the Patriots keep four QBs.

One and the one that is least wanted. An injury to any of them.

Two. The Patriots carry all four and make the determination that Milton is worth keeping to work on his game and get him active in 2025. Brissett and Maye will be the two active QBs and Zappe will be a cheap non-roster #3 who has NFL experience. AND could be an extremely valuable trade chip in the middle of the season if another team has multiple QB injuries and needs an NFL experienced QB. A playoff contender might have to give up a second or third round pick to have someone like Zappe run their offense for five or six games or even into the post season.

Three. Neither Maye nor Milton is close to being ready to take over in any situation. Maye gets to be the non-roster #3 and Zappe is Brissett's back up. This might be the worst situation of all.

Breer's pretty sharp and he seems to have a lot of common sense. He said that they can't outright waive Zappe or release him until the team has some idea of who will be playing where. Then he pointed to the OL. He made the point that right now, the starting OL left to right is Okafor, Sow, Andrews, Nick Leverett, Owenu. Strange is on IR. The rest of the warm bodies are Wallace, Stueber, Zuri Henry,Mafi, J. Andrews, Charles Turner,Layden Robinson, Michael Jordan, Ryan Johnson, Vederian Lowe, Ty Wheatley (Q) and Calvin Anderson.

There are a few names that are completely unknown. Turner and Jordan might stick, but the rest look pretty chancey.

Zuri Henry OT 6'6" Spent six years at UTEP four of them at LT & RT and two on IR.
Charles Turner C/G 6'4" 305 LSU
Michael Jordan (26) G 6'6" 315 FA signing who played for the Bengals
Ryan Johnson OT 6'3" 305 Youngstown
Layden Robinson G 6'3" 305 Texas A&M
