Crazy how ALL the injuries are happening on the Eastern conference side of the playoff bracket. Really putting a damper on those playoff games.

The 2nd biggest injury on the Western side of the bracket was a coach.

Not even close to being true.
Well if the argument was that the league was watered down by adding players it would still be watered down today.

No, because there is far more talent in the league today than there was in Jordan’s era.

Far more.

The game is global now. You could count on 1 hand the number of international players when MJ entered the league.

Good argument. I don’t remember anyone trying to tell MJ he was playing against watered down talent though. Stupid argument in my opinion.

So, let me get this right.

Because they didn’t tell him that means it couldn’t be true?

When the Bulls were winning their titles, nobody had a better #2 than Pippen.

Heck, 75% of teams didn’t have a better #1.

I just think it’s dumb to do that to the greatest competitor that ever played the game. Was it true of players that came before him? Hell yes it was before the league was integrated. Things change, but if anyone thinks he wouldn’t be dominant in todays game they didnt see him play.

I think this is just more the idea that MJ isn't heads and tails above everyone else.

MJ and Lebron are still 1A and B in most people's eyes.

Nobody said that.

But the people who think MJ was some type of unbeatable god are not correct.

I mean...obviously. when he went against other historic teams he lost early in his career.

There was a huge deficit in high level teams in the latter part of the Bulls run especially. 96 to 98....who ya got? 96 Magic were good but young. 97 was...???

The 98 Pacers that took them to 7

Reggie
Mark Jackson
Smits
Mullin
Dale Davis.

Nice team. But...ehhhh.

The Jazz were the main comp obviously.
