The article summary isn't surprising..It's going to be about the QB this year...and Special Teams...if they are steady at the QB position and Significantly Better on special teams, which in all honesty won't take much they will be a 10 win team..

Given the talent loss and the unknowns for the coming season - I can see why they rank WV where they do.
Frankly, I would be cool with 8-4. I think 9-3 is achievable if they play to potential.

September will determine WVUs fate.
