The thing I really dig about Halestorm is that they are a real band. They all get along and they went and did this new album the way they wanted. They went old school and did the album in a Church and recorded all the tracks they way music was meant to be recorded. Everyone is so bent on putting out a "perfect" sounding album but you can not reproduce the sound of a whole band playing the music as one. I think Tom Petty said once that music is not meant to be perfect but it's about a feeling and you get that feeling when groups play together as one and let it fly in the studio together. This new album yet to be released is gonna blow some minds and it is already setting records for Apocalyptic as their second consecutive #1 song on Rock radio with a female front woman the last two albums. Can you say they are going LARGE? ! Very Large indeed!
