Loved A.J. Hawk when he was a Buckeye. He has never been a good pro linebacker. He's slow, horrible in coverage, and isnt as good a tackler as people think. He's the same as Maualuga, maybe worse. I'll pass.

This.

At this point, Hawk is a 3rd-string ILB at best who also can't play special teams. Every team in the league is better off letting some young and hungry guys prove their worth.

Maybe because the Packers are an embarrassment, especially after that NFC Champ game. What a tragedy. He just wanted to become a FA and come home so he can really start his NFL career. haha

AJ Hawk was so good the Packers had to move Mathews inside situationally. I'm more convinced than ever he'll be a Bengal next year.

I would prefer they'd re-sign Maualuga.........
