What you always order at your favorite restaurant!!

Love this little Mexican Food joint a mile away from my house called San Marcos.
Seems like I always order Sour Cream Chicken Enchilads with rice and beans.
It's like my 'go to' meal at whatever mexican restaurant i go to.

Broke down and ordered Chicken Flautas. Had some good guacamole with it.
Looked something like this.

I'm hungry now.

Are you a creature of habit or do you try something different every time.

I wouldn't say every time, more like half the time I order the same thing. I do like to branch out every now and again.

Guess I should talk about the food. The places we go to most often are diners, and I tend to get the french toast platter.

i go to the san marcos over on nw 40th and macarthur
went last night
they had real mexican music
2 guys/1 with a guitar and 1 with an accordion/ walking around singing.

Steakhouse-------------filet mignon, baked potato and steamed veggies

Chinese-----------------chicken and broccoli in a white garlic sauce

mexican----------------beef tacos with the hottest habanero sauce available

seafood-------------- Fish (haddock) and chips

Greek------------------leg of lamb and rice pilaf

Damn, now I'm hungry!

San Marcos - I'll have to give the Chicken Enchiladas a shot sometime. My wife and I hit up that place on occasion. You may give thier Ceviche a shot...it's our go-to when we hit up San Marcos.

Breakfast at the Cherokee Ranch every Saturday morning, I order

Two tenderloin and cheese biscuits with a double order of hashbrowns with onions and mushrooms mixed in.

My favorite restaurant for dinner is Roosters Cafe in Cumming.

There's two things I order depending on my mood. Sometimes I order th 18 wings, I get them medium because the hot will set your ass on fire, fried pickles and Budweiser

Or the chuckwagon steak sandwich with onion rings.

It's to tough to pick a favorite restuarant...it just depends what sounds good at that time. Although, I will say in OKC Cheevers is odds are is it.

But, whenever I go someplace that is casual or an american bar setting or whatever...if a buffalo chicken sandwich is on the menu, I'll order it. It's my go to when I am trying something out at a place. It can be deep fried or grilled, blue cheese sauce, ranch or even mayo. A good start is the chicken is bigger than the bun and it's got some kick to it. As long as it is good...I will be happy.

There's a Mexican restaurant nearby called El Camino Real and I can't help but get what they call the cheese steak every time we go. It's just seasoned steak cut into strips covered in that melted white mexican cheese dip/sauce, served with rice, re-fried beans and warm tortillas. Love the shit out of it.

I rarely go to restaurants unless Im traveling but if a place has crab cakes on the menu, I order it. I used to stay away from any seafood if I was too far from the coast but you can get some pretty decent seafood almost anywhere that has fine dining now.

Mexican place near my house called Cielito Lindo is pretty good, and I almost always get the beef taco salad. It's only 5 bucks, and it's loaded with meat, cheese, beans, rice, lettuce, etc. inside a freshly fried tortilla shell that is so good I'd eat it plain. They have really good salsa that I pour on top as well. It's so big that you don't want to move for an extended period of time afterwards.

you can tell a ton about a restaurant's chef by the quality of the crab cakes, I get them all the time and it always pays off to wait to order.
