Rapes victims in the US in 2006 were about 0.4% of the popluation.


Rape victims in the US military in 2010 were about 0.1% of the military population. (0.2% if you don't include reserves)

I did the numbers myself from a few souces on the web, math isn't my strongsuit so they may be off.
