Like you and me, he hopes for a better life, to find the American Dream of happiness and prosperity. But now, because of unconstitutional acts imposed upon the American people by our government, we stand on the precipice of disaster. What will his opportunities be in the future? Will he ever have a chance to realize the American Dream? Will he wake up and see what is happening in our country?"

Reagan's biggest strength was his ability to circumvent D.C. and appeal directly to the people - even through the brick wall of MSM filter at the time. It makes sense to have him facing the people and away from the back-room Statists.
