No that was Tressel's first year. Since then OSU has been to a BCS bowl all but one year, Beat Miami 31-24 in the Fiesta in 2002, beat Kansas St in the Fiesta 35-28 in 2003 beat Oklahoma St in the Alamo Bowl 33-7in 2004 beat Notre Dame in the Fiesta Bowl 34-20 2005 then lost back to back National Championship games to Florida 41-14 2006 and LSU 38-24 2007 lost to Texas in the Fiesta Bowl 24-21 in 2008 and beat Oregon in the Rose bowl last year 26-17. During that time South Carolina is 1-3 in bowl games none of which were BCS games. Losing to Missouri 38-31 in the Independence bowl in 2005 beating Houston 44-36 in the Liberty bowl in 2006, losing to Iowa 31-10 in the Outback Bowl in 2008 and last year losing to Connecticutt 20-7 in the PapaJohns.com bowl.

Now I see why you hang your hat on those 10 year old wins.

OSU has beat them 9 times, and in the last game didn't even have to cross the goal line to be awarded a TD. Of Course that game became meaningless after USC got beatin to a bloody pulp by two other teams later in the year.

I am sure you have fond memories of those Wins in the 40s and 50s... Fact is Ohio State is incapable of Beating USC... Heck the ONLY reason Ohio State is even in the NC discussion is they Dont play USC Again... Must sucks to Hang on the Nuts of Stanford to enjoy a USC loss Huh, Especially for a Ohio State fan... LMAO

Very funny. The point I was trying to make is tho you are indeed 2-0 against the Buckeyes, there hasn't been a rematch in 10 years because you can't get to a BCS bowl game so that there can be one.

Naw, not just Stanford but Washington, Oregon, and Arizona too. There is a reason Pete Carrol left when he did. the cupboard is almost bare, there will be few Pac 10 titles in USC's future.
