He's not really a fighter, he's been in what maybe eight fights? But he has fought Avery, Mike Green, and Bryan McCabe, all guys in his "weight class". Also he gets extra points for fighting Cooke.

Not to mention Parise just had knee surgery last season .Regardless the league seriously needs to address this slew footing issue this is happening way to often now and is risking serious unnecessary injuries.

I'm sorry, this was a soft soft call. Yea it was a slew foot, but it was in slow motion. It was just meant to rile up some feathers, not to hurt anyone. Weak call. I see 10 other hits a game that could fall under this category.

Slewfooting is bad and can be very dangerous, but this was just oh so soft.
