It sounds like a (slight) possibility of LA having two teams. I honestly don't see that happening, as they lost both the last time that happened, but the NHL and NBA have demonstrated otherwise. I think the best way to do it would be to add a team in LA and a team in Toronto - East and West. Both have demonstrated a significant amount of interest. The only issue would be the Bills fan base.
