Yeah pretty much, they have a blanket strategy and rely on their name more than actual recruiting with most of those guys.

QB - Paxton Lynch - toss up between Florida and Indiana, got no attention from Florida until Pease showed up.

DE / DT - Darius Hamilton - Rutgers is closer to home, mom wants him home, but he likes Florida. One of only Buck players Muschamp, Young, and Quinn have found. OV to Rutgers this weekend, but dad will steer him to better NFL chances. With Muschamp and Quinn on our side we can make a better business case for the NFL.
DE - Jonathan Bullard (no LOI)
LB - Antonio Morrison (on campus)
LB - Jeremi Powell (no LOI)
SS - Rhaheim Ledbetter (no LOI)
FS - Marcus Maye (no LOI)
CB - Willie Bailey (on campus)
CB - Brian Poole (committed, OV 1/21)

These 4 are considered by many to be very close:

LB - Vincent Valentine - Nebraska was #1 until his OV 1/14. "Replaced" Jamal Marcus when Jamal had problems with grades. The problem is that Gainesville is far from home in Illinois. Mom gets a vote.
CB - Tracy Howard, official visit 1/21. Looking good so far.
OC - Kyron Samuels
OL - Avery Young, official visit 1/21, watch what he does with regards to Miami next week. Problems in LSU are affecting recruits already.

These 12 have Florida on the short list. Not all of them will choose Florida.

WR - Nelson Agholor. Very likely. OV 1/21 presumably to help recruit Stefon Diggs.
WR - Stefon Diggs. OV 1/21. Looking good, probably thanks to Agholor.
WR - Josh Harvey Clemons. May lean to UGA after last week's OV. Brian White went to church with the family, so they want him. Might be interesting to see three high value receivers in the same class. The hard part is shaking this Valdosta kid away from UGA.
FB/LB - Schyler Miles
WR - Avery Johnson, LSU commit could change his mind after OV 1/21
WR - Trey Griffey
OT - Jake Meador - OV 1/14, toss up with Indiana
DT - Dalvin Tomlinson
DT - Omari Phillips - new addition, canceled OV to USF, US Army All American Bowl
