I went to HS in Colorado, true story follows:

There were some incredibly hot girls in our school, but none of them wanted to be a cheerleader. So as a result, our cheer-leading squad was almost as dismal as the one pictured. They were literally trying to recruit people to come try out but no one wanted to join.
