this just creates a nightmare of half games and such nonsense and will only lead to more "controversy" (although there was nothing controversial about georgia getting the nod)

I don't think the rules will be/should be changed just because USCe's feelings got hurt.

Besides, does Carolina think they would have beat LSU?

No point in being bitter or mad at UGA. USCe didn't win the East because Lattimore got hurt, they were a different team after that.

If Lattimore stayed healthy, they probably wouldn't have lost those games and wouldn't have given UGA the opportunity to win the East.

Let's also remember that USCe barely beat UGA & needed some miraculous defensive & trick plays to do it.

And most importantly, they lost to AUBURN!
