The real college basketball top 25

Using prior wins, quality wins, predictive analysis, Sagarin rankings, Pomeroy rankings, RPI, Ap and coaches poll I developed a system awarding points on a 1-25 basis and the top 25 is composed as such

1. Syracuse
2. Kentucky
3. Marquette
4. Ohio State
5. Louisville
6. Duke
7. Baylor
8. Wisconsin
9. Kansas
10. UNC
11. Mizzou
12. Indiana
13. Murray State
14. Michigan State
15. Florida
16. Gtown
17. UNLV
18. UConn
19. Ohio
20. Southern Miss
21. Stanford
22. UNI
23. Harvard
24. Virginia
25. Northwestern

- I will update week by week if someone wants to sticky this. If not Ill do it anyway

- Just missed top 25 are Cal, Creighton, Wichita State, Michigan, St Marys

Surprisingly top 25 poll teams Xavier, Pitt, Illinois and Mississippi State were all outside the top 40 using this method.

Yeah I tried to use all relevant computer rankings, predictive rankings and polls in the system. Sort of a pain but it looks like a pretty solid top 25 IMO.

quite solid as well also has some interesting teams that are good but no one's talking about them.

Just curious, MTSU is 10-2, were they even close to making the top 25? Their worst loss is a 10pt lose to UAB and their best win is a 20pt win over UCLA.

MTSU came in at number 47, low rpi and computers numbers for a 10-2 team but still inside the top 50 so not too bad. If UCLA were better theyd probably be higher but UCLA came in at 173
