Good? Bad? UGA had pretty good defense back in 2003-4 time frame if I recall correctly Nice to have the spot filled in any case. Now need an OC.

Yeah, UGA did have a good D when he was there

Falcons defensive ranking in his 4 years...
2008 - 24th
2009 - 21st
2010 - 16th
2011 - 12th

That doesn't tell the whole story though, if you watched the Giants game, that was a typical Falcons D performance. The Giants are last in running the ball and they put up 172 yards versus the Falcon's defense. His secondary hasn't improved at all during those 4 years as well.

Wow, never thought the Giants would have been last in rush yards.........and the Falcons had the 6th best rush defense. I don't really watch the NFL
