The Tigers have way too many games like that. Pitching is lights out and they can't get one flipping run.

17-3 in our last 20 and 2 of the losses were total self sabotages(rocco)

Playing really damn well right now. Have to get Stewart back to balance out the bullpen, his injury is exactly why weve blown the 2 games.

Would be nice to get another starter somehow(thanks front office) thats the real missing piece. Lopz/Ryan/Ober is a great top 3. Paddack is a very good 4. But we need a 5th. SWR has been a nice fill in but the regression is coming and already showed up yesterday.
Can I interest you in Tijuan Walker?

White Sox freaking killing the Guardians this year....gross.......won the first 2 against Texas though

Ben Lively has been a life saver......maybe in the next 2-3 weeks Williams will be back too--- and Kwan with him.

If the Guardians want to seriously compete they will probably need to get another starter somehow unless Williams comes back healthy nad McKenzie stays healthy.

Man, I bitch about the twins routinely starting guys like Vazquez and Farmer.

Couldn’t imagine being a Tigers fan. Those guys would literally improve their offense.

Insane. I think KC probs falls off as well. But I’m comfortable saying the central is a 3 team race. Tigers have zero shot.

Lol dude those guys suck as well.

The issue has been for some time the bottom of the lineup.. Baez is fucking horrible. But his defense is solid. But they can't have 3 outs 35 percent of the time.

The pitching the last 2 days has been outstanding. Even the slightest offense would be amazing.

At this stage I'd fire the entire hitting staff.

This is my fav

Reese Olson. 0-4 in 8 starts with a 2.09 era. Sub 1 WHIP.

Tigers won his first stsrt of year scoring 5 runs in the 10th. They’ve lost his next 7.

In his 8 starts. They have scored SIX runs when he’s actually still in the game. 4 of those came in one inning.

That guy might have to take a mental health leave soon. Poor bastard.

Precisely my point haha. Baez has a OpS of .422 I could literally do that.

Vazquez has a lower OpS(lol) but I guess at least he plays catcher.

I can’t believe how bad Baez has gotten

He chases outside strikes like it his job. Pitchers don't have to throw anywhere near the plate. It's fucking wild.

Damn didn’t know he was in the Morris deal. Yup great one.

Health pending that’s a great 3 to build around in Skubal, Mize, Olson. Plus a nice pen. Flaherty is going well but not long term.

They absolutely need a bat not named Greene to pan out tho. If Keith doesn’t figure it out. Young Jung needs a shot. Tork is at a point where the sample size is getting too large and he might go on homer binges like part of last year. But overall, looking like a bust.

For the most part.

His 31 homers were the most from a Tiger since Upton in 2016 though. And he is leading the AL in doubles right now.

Never should’ve been up in 2022.
Sorry, I meant for this season. He looked really good in the second half last year and it seemed like he was ready to break out

thats pretty cool....how did it come about you talked to him? interesting

his life was just remarkable.....I think he is prob. the greatest Indian/Guaridan
Bob's museum was about 70 miles from where I live and we frequently went there when he was bringing in a HOFer to get an autograph. We became acquainted over about 20 years of going there. I met many of the HOFers there, Yogi, Ted Williams, Stan Musial, Jim Bunning, Robin Roberts, and many others. I got Ozzie Smith to sign his Wheaties box for me.

there is definitely some strong feelings between the Guardians and Twins--- not sure I would say its "bad blood"- but these teams do not seem to like eachother
